Fairmont Waterfront is seeking a Seasonal Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant, Part-Time, to join their team from July to October 2026. This role is responsible for providing and maintaining outstanding guest service in a unique, guest-focused environment, ensuring all Fairmont Gold Standards of Service and Operational Procedures are adhered to. The position involves preparing, setting up, and maintaining the Fairmont Gold food offerings and honour bar, as well as organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the Fairmont Gold pantry. The attendant will also be responsible for ordering food and beverage inventory, controlling supplies, and collaborating with the Kitchen and In Room Dining teams to ensure high-quality food and selection. A key aspect of the role includes actively participating in selecting new menu items and keeping canapés, breakfast, and warming amenities current. Additionally, the attendant will handle arriving guestroom warming, provide exceptional information about Vancouver attractions and services, develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty, and communicate effectively with other departments and hospitality partners. Involvement in Fairmont Gold team building events, staff meetings, and incentive programs is also expected, along with performing other assigned duties.
