Fairmont Gold Attendant (Luxury Lounge Server)
About The Position
Fairmont Gold is a special place! The personalized service provided as you greet your Guests at check-in or serve them in the private lounge, will show them that you truly care. The luxury our Guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return. These are full-time, seasonal positions, beginning in September, October or November 2026 and ending in April or May 2027. Starting Rate of Pay: $22.70 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.55.
Requirements
- Previous customer related and serving experience preferred
- BC Serving It Right Qualification required
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Provide Food & Beverage service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
- Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
