This role reports to the Fairmont Gold Manager and is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the Fairmont Gold lounge. The position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the Fairmont Gold product is maintained, maximizing revenue, handling guest concerns, building guest loyalty, and providing local expertise. The agent will also assist with lounge cleanliness and service during peak times, adhering to Forbes and Michelin key standards, and all safety policies.
