Requirements

  • Analyze s circuits and topologi es to identify marginal failure root causes .
  • Perform s Failure Analysis for customer s and suppliers as required .
  • Develops, maintains and improves all troubleshooting solutions within area or responsibility.
  • Drives recovery actions/repair s of the Test process Failure Inventory .
  • Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process and product reliability.
  • Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data indicates a need for process/product improvement.
  • Assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures and test programs.
  • Assists engineering and the development labs with all new product introduction and development.
  • Support s and facilitate s Debug or Technical training process.
  • Drives recovery actions/repair s of any test or burn-in process that is down.
  • Sets-up the Test Equipment .
  • Troubleshoots/d ebugs at multiple system levels the DGI escalated to FA .
  • Perform s and do es the Reports and indicators assigned to the Failure Anal ysis and Test Process.
  • Improve s the Failure Analysis Procedure .
  • Follow s i nstructions for all the operations involved in the Test process .
