About The Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, West Virginia and will also provide remote services. The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Eligible for state medical license.
  • Completed an ACGME accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
  • Completed a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) fellowship program.
  • Board certified/eligible in MFM by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in the areas of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
  • Provide excellent patient care.
  • Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Provide remote services.
