About The Position

The Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine teaching physician to join our team. The residency program cultivates exceptional family medicine physicians dedicated to providing high-quality, collaborative, and patient- and family-centered care who are committed to partnering with their patients and community to achieve health excellence. This is a 5-5-5 program with a 1-1-1 Rural Track, offering opportunities for faculty and professional development within an integrated healthcare system that focuses on team-based care. The role involves inpatient coverage of Family Medicine Teaching Service patients only, with all other inpatients covered by the established Hospitalist program. There is a call rotation of approximately 1:6 for hospital coverage (home call) and 1:9 for OB.

Requirements

Must be a MD/DO
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP)
Licensed or able to obtain a license to practice medicine in Wisconsin

Responsibilities

Teach full scope Family Medicine in a supportive, community-based 5-5-5 program with 1-1-1 Rural Track
