Position Overview The Faculty Administrator supports the day-to-day administrative operations of Becker’s Faculty & Instruction team. Reporting to the Senior Faculty Coordinator, this role owns the transactional processes that keep faculty engagements running smoothly—invoicing, onboarding, contracts, scheduling, system access, and course-content administration—and collaborates with internal teams such as Curriculum, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated experience providing excellent and timely customer service
Demonstrated experience coordinating a high-volume workload
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Manage the Faculty invoicing process (processing and approving invoices, responding to Accounts Payable inquiries, processing faculty travel expense reimbursements, and reminding managers to approve invoices)
Approve invoices in the Faculty management system (FDM)
Manage onboarding and offboarding for Becker Faculty
Issue contracts and statements of work (SOWs) for Becker Faculty & Curriculum SMEs
Maintain course content (slide decks, student handouts, recordings, live webcasts, on-site engagements, and rebroadcasts) in SharePoint and FDM
Schedule input for CPE courses and Exam Review LiveOnline classes
Assist with licensing and maintain faculty bios, state forms, and current faculty contact information
Grant Faculty access to appropriate software (FDM, LMS, Qualtrics, Salesforce, etc.) and troubleshoot access issues
Willingness to learn and work within new software applications and systems
Openness to adopting AI tools and applying them to improve day-to-day work
Process software license requests and renewals
Maintain accurate records and support the Senior Faculty Coordinator with reporting and process improvements
