About The Position

The Factory Outlet Representative processes and picks customer orders accurately, stocks and maintains inventory, and completes miscellaneous projects and presentations. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment and supporting food safety and food quality programs by monitoring requirements, keeping records, taking appropriate actions, and reporting issues to management.

The position requires frequent use of the hands, reaching with both arms, visual recognition at near and far distances, and communication with others. The employee must repetitively lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and may occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Work may take place outside in varying weather conditions, including rain, snow, and heat. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and pick customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Stock and maintain inventory.
• Complete miscellaneous projects and presentations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Monitor, keep records for, and take appropriate actions concerning Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and prerequisite program requirements.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
