About The Position

Responsible for processing orders received from Customer Service. Adding ColorWays and preparing them for the Embroidery Operators in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Must have general computer skills.
  • Must be quality and detail oriented.
  • Must have a positive work attitude and be punctual.
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations and deadline restraints in a positive manner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
  • Must be familiar with Outlook Express and email protocol and have good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize printed orders by date & cap styles.
  • Update daily embroidery schedules.
  • Double check orders for mistakes.
  • Communicate with Customer Service regarding any issues with an order.
  • Adjust ColorWays to match order description.
  • Print and attach correct ColorWays to orders.
  • Communicate with Digitizing regarding any design issues.
  • Process any Order Changes received and attach to order.
  • Assign a Bin # to orders that have been pulled.
  • Update order status in Wilcom.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
