About The Position
Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet GMC is looking for an experienced Factory-Certified Diesel Technician to join our growing service team. We are searching for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic and repair experience on diesel platforms, including GM, Isuzu, Cummins, and Allison. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of doing the job right, and is looking for a long-term career in a busy dealership environment.
Requirements
- Factory certifications with GM, Isuzu, Cummins, and/or Allison
- Previous diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical repair skills
- Experience with Duramax diesel engines preferred
- Commercial truck experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Own tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, emissions systems, drivetrain concerns, brake systems, suspension, transmission concerns, and other vehicle repairs.
- This position may include work on Chevrolet and GMC heavy-duty trucks, Isuzu commercial trucks, and diesel-powered commercial units.
