About The Position

Conducts daily inspections of equipment spaces, documents operational status, and ensures proper operation of plant equipment, medical gas systems, utility services, and backup systems. Manages furniture inventory, coordinates furniture reconfiguration requests and new employee needs, and prepares cubes and offices for new employees. Performs assigned routine and urgent repairs and completes basic preventive maintenance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education/experience; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Valid driver's license.
Two years of recent relevant experience.
Computer skills and experience with building automation systems.
Formal training and working knowledge of energy conservation.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals.
Ability to read and write to understand equipment operating instructions and maintain logs and work records.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturers’ specifications to perform preventive maintenance.
