About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, "hands-on" Facility Supervisor to lead our facility operations in Tobaccoville, NC. This is a high-visibility leadership role overseeing janitorial services for a premier manufacturing client.

Requirements

2+ years of Supervisory experience
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word)
A valid Driver’s License
Strong Communication skills
High Energy: This role requires walking the facility multiple hours a day to engage with staff and verify work quality.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dusty, tobacco manufacturing environment
Leadership Integrity: The ability to handle disciplinary documentation and performance conversations with professionalism and heart.

Responsibilities

Oversee and motivate a team of 40+ employees across three shifts.
Conduct daily high-visibility audits of Janitorial cleanliness, ensuring restrooms and production areas meet elite standards.
Master scheduling and attendance tracking (using Dayforce and Excel) to ensure 100% coverage, even with last-minute client requests.
Be the face of The Budd Group for our facility partners, translating their needs into actionable plans for your Custodial team.
