About The Position

This is a seasonal position responsible for the oversight and supervision of various areas within the Hyannis Youth and Community Center (HYCC), including the gymnasium, game room, walking track, skating rinks, lobby, common areas, and meeting spaces. The role assists with the daily operations of the facility, ensures adherence to HYCC management's policies and procedures, and includes responsibilities for seasonal personnel management and financial accountability for daily sales.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Supervisory Experience 1-2 years
• Certification in CPR & First Aid & AED
• Ability to identify and handle emergency procedures.
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations set forth by the Town of Barnstable, State and Federal Government.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of public relations and customer service.
• Knowledge if how to plan, organize and coordinate staff for adequate coverage of programs and operations.
• Ability to oversee revenue collections.
