About The Position

This role involves working in various locations and adapting to different parking scenarios, including manual, automatic, or valet positions. The Facility Specialist is responsible for collecting payments, processing transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this role ensures site maintenance, adherence to safety procedures, and proper documentation of daily activities and any incidents.

Responsibilities

Move around and work in different locations as needed.
Adapt to different parking location types (manual, automatic, valet).
Collect payments via cash, credit card, or validation, securing cash according to standard operating procedures.
Accurately process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) and complete necessary forms.
Provide correct change for cash transactions and issue receipts.
Deliver customer service according to company standards, including maintaining uniform appearance, using company greetings, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers.
Ensure sites are maintained properly and safety procedures are observed.
Verify that field employees have required and valid licenses.
Determine maintenance and/or repair needs and forward requests to the Operations Manager.
Supervise the completion of daily activity reports for the facility.
Complete accident reports.
