About The Position

Perform operations and maintenance duties relating to facility infrastructure services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented and reliable
• 2 – 5 years in commercial or industrial maintenance setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a repetitive environment.
• Good team player
• Familiarity with hand/power tools, overhead crane, and forklift.
• Must be able to work at heights and in varying environments (hot/cold).
• Capacity to lift 50 – 100 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• PTech or ETEC degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs buildings, grounds, and equipment, handling diverse tasks like HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixes, carpentry, painting
• Responds to maintenance requests, perform inspections, ensure safety compliance, and manage vendor coordination to keep facilities operational and efficient
• Performing routine checks and servicing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building equipment
• Fixing issues like leaks, broken fixtures, drywall damage, and malfunctioning machinery
• Conducting daily and monthly inspections of facilities and equipment to identify needs
• Responding to and documenting maintenance requests efficiently
• Setting up and breaking down for meetings and events
• Acting as a contact for alarms (fire, security, HVAC) and responding as needed
• Coordinating with and overseeing external contractors for specialized work
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes
