The Facilities Services Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth within Brewer-Garrett's Facility Services division through the development and sale of new multi-year Facility Services Agreements (FSA). This role focuses on generating new business opportunities for integrated facility management solutions, including on-site facility management, energy services, and HVAC/electrical assured service programs. The Facilities Services Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers, develop strategic sales solutions, collaborate with internal operations and engineering teams, present comprehensive proposals, and close new service agreements while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
