Additionally, the role requires monitoring the property's budget, ensuring petty cash availability, and verifying vendor invoice compliance. A key aspect of this position is ensuring client satisfaction by addressing issues, seeking operational improvements, achieving key performance metrics, meeting service level agreements, and conducting routine service audits. The role also involves creating stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients.
