Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced experience with MS Office suite and CMMS databases
- Universal EPA / CFC license
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, mechanical, HVAC, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and operation of the properties and staff as directed in accordance with the standards and procedures of JLL.
- Develop, Implement, Manage and maintain overall site services, performance, processes, and quality standards for services.
- Strive towards innovation of services offered, assist with lowering cost of delivery, and works with suppliers to integrate the service into operations while dramatically enhancing the facility experience.
- Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety.
- Demonstrated success directly interfacing, with client senior management, vendors, and throughout all levels of the organization.
- Effectively utilizes data and analytics in the communication of addressing issues and providing solutions and decision making.
- Work with client, vendors and suppliers to ensure OAT/FAT certificates, warranties and all required manufacturer paperwork is completed.
- Manage and assist with the development and implementation of the overall Start-up Plan for Projects
- Develop and maintain positive client relationship.
- Familiarization with applicable codes, comply with specifications, and ensure standards are met within the scope of company policies and procedures, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
- Preparation of detailed budgets for operations.
