Facilities and EVS are essential operational departments responsible for maintaining guest experience standards, brand compliance, life safety readiness, asset uptime, and service delivery across the property. A dedicated Facilities & EVS Coordinator is needed to ensure accurate tracking, timely processing, and consistent follow-through for inventory control, payroll and attendance, scheduling support, purchasing and invoice administration, work order management, project tracking, guest experience follow-up, and KPI reporting.
