About The Position

Nashville Soccer Club is seeking individuals interested in event and facility management to join its operations team. The Facility Operations Associate assists with the daily operations of events at Geodis Park. This is an as-needed, part-time position averaging 15–20 hours of work per week.

Requirements

• Be available for all or most Nashville SC home matches.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
• Have strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Be dependable, team-oriented, and service-minded.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Be willing to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Be outgoing, highly energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Work comfortably both independently and in a team environment.
• Interact with all levels of the organization and represent the Stadium Operations Team professionally.
• Have a driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in athletics, event planning and execution, or leading a small team.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with venue setup and breakdown for Major League Soccer events.
• Ensure locker room and field setups meet MLS standardization requirements.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of parking equipment before and after matches.
• Set up and tear down event spaces throughout the stadium and surrounding campus.
• Create and deploy event and stadium signage.
• Operate heavy machinery and maintain inventory for logistical operations.
• Collaborate with other departments in preparing for and executing events.
• Help move and store stadium equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
