This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support and guide mechanics and the pit crew, ensuring work progresses efficiently. You will interact professionally with guests and team members, partner weekly with the General Manager on priorities, projects, and budgets, and oversee the upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment. This role involves managing vendor relationships, maintaining organized inventory and accurate records, performing routine HVAC maintenance, and acting as the point person for utilities and communication issues. You will also conduct safety checks, keep machine areas clean and organized, maintain and repair various equipment including pinsetters, scoring systems, vending machines, and kitchen equipment, and address issues from lane call books quickly. For locations with amusements, you will perform daily walkthroughs of the game zone, test and troubleshoot arcade games and related equipment, and partner with leadership to resolve equipment issues.
