You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and cross-functional site leadership to align facility programs with broader business objectives. Success in this role means delivering a reliably maintained, code-compliant, and modernized Wooddale facility within 12–18 months, while coaching and developing a high-performing maintenance team grounded in standard work and proactive ownership.
