We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our collaborative and mission focused team. The Facility Manager will oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, space management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and secure operations across company locations. Requirements

Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, organize and prioritize critical mission essential tasks.
Demonstrated experience with safety and compliance.
Enforcing OSHA, building codes, and corporate safety policies.
Effective project and maintenance management.
Experience coordinating renovations, project management schedules, and vendor work on schedule and at cost.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Security Clearance Requirement: The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience.
Strong project coordination and compliance skills.
Minimum 5+ years of related progressive professional experience in facility management and/or production operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, space management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and secure operations across company locations.
Focus on building operations, maintenance, and project execution in a sensitive environment supporting electromechanical assembly, light manufacturing, and warehousing.
Manage process improvements, cost reductions, plant/facilities rearrangement, and production support requirements.
Coordinate renovations and building maintenance projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and inspection requirements.
Coordinate with security, vendors, and contractors for projects and moves.
Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with building owners and other partners.
Communicate facility updates and respond to emergencies.
