About The Position

Brenntag is seeking a motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. This role requires a hands-on management approach, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing fleet operations, and ensuring all operational functions meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set a high example of safety and ensure all facilities adhere to safety requirements.
• Schedule and monitor all shipping functions to ensure they are done safely and in accordance with DOT regulations and Brenntag procedures.
• Schedule and monitor all warehouse functions to meet customer demand, as well as all safety and environmental requirements.
• Evaluate distribution, blending warehouse and maintenance operations for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure all corporate policy and regulatory initiatives are applied.
• Ensure all operators receive and maintain required training.
• Maintain responsibility for company fleet including tractors, trailers, straight trucks and tankers.
• Ensure accuracy of all required paperwork.
• Complete all administrative duties, as assigned.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
