The Facility Management Services Coordinator is part of the Risk Management & Mitigation Division and works closely with the Facility Manager and internal business partners throughout WoodmenLife. The Facilities team is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and functional workplace while supporting associate relocations, office services, shipping and receiving operations, conference center management, furniture installation, and day-to-day facility needs. The Facility Management Services Coordinator assists the Facility Manager in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of WoodmenLife's physical workspaces. This role serves as a key resource for facility services, workplace support, shipping and receiving operations, office moves, conference room setup, and furniture management. The position also helps support facility improvements, internal service requests, and workplace operations that contribute to a positive employee experience.
