About The Position

As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Oats Overnight, you will play a key role in keeping our manufacturing and warehouse facilities running safely and efficiently. Your work will span facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This is a role where the breadth of the work is what makes it great - no two days are the same, your contributions are visible, and you'll be part of a team that takes real pride in keeping the operation humming.

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a CPG, food manufacturing, or industrial environment
Journeyman certification or higher in a relevant trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical) required
OSHA 10 certification required
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems and disciplines
Basic computer skills; comfortable working with maintenance systems and documentation
A relentless drive to get things done
Flexible, willing, and quick to learn new processes, new technology, and new ways of thinking

Responsibilities

Execute preventive maintenance programs including lubrication, electrical, mechanical, heavy focus on HVAC repair and maintenance.
Perform facility maintenance work including plumbing, general building upkeep, and interior/exterior repairs
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility issues, driving fast and effective resolution to minimize downtime
Partner with the maintenance team and production to prioritize and address facility and equipment needs
Work within LOTO and all applicable safety protocols at all times
Ensures and promotes food safety throughout the facility
Ensure compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
Other duties as assigned
