Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance or large building operations
• Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
• Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
• Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours, long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial part in maintaining the excellence of Boise Centre’s physical assets.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting.
• Maintain essential systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Collaborate with other technicians.
• Assist with event setup.
