Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance or large building operations
- Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Capable of operating heavy equipment safely
- Able to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor conditions, and with moderate noise levels
- Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours, long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the excellence of Boise Centre’s physical assets.
- Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining essential systems like HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Collaborating with other technicians.
- Assisting with event setup.
