Weekend Facility Technician
About The Position
Clean Harbors is seeking Weekend Facility Technicians to join their team in La Porte, TX. The primary responsibility is to safely and responsibly complete all assigned warehouse duties. This includes loading/unloading trucks, preparing waste shipments, reconciling inventory, general housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with waste storage regulations. The role will initially focus on the battery area, sorting batteries, and will expand to include pumping and trailer loading once proficiency is achieved. During winter months, technicians will assist with facility housekeeping projects, which may involve painting or other improvement tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to complete assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner
- Willingness to learn and master different areas of the warehouse, starting with battery sorting and progressing to pumping and trailer loading
