About The Position
We are hiring a reliable Facility Maintenance Technician / Handyman to support general building maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping. This is a light-duty role focused on keeping the facility clean, safe, and operational—no advanced mechanical or electrical work required. If you have experience in maintenance, janitorial, custodial, or general labor, this is a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, janitorial, custodial, or general labor preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Replace light bulbs and perform basic facility repairs
- General building maintenance and upkeep
- Cleaning of work areas, common spaces, and exterior grounds
- Light painting, patchwork, and touch-ups
- Trash removal and facility organization
- Outdoor maintenance: Lawn care/grass cutting
- Snow removal and salting
- Assist with basic handyman tasks (doors, fixtures, minor repairs)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
