About The Position

We are looking for a dependable Field / Light Maintenance Technician (Handyman) to support daily property operations across multiple sites. This role is best for someone hands-on, organized, and able to work independently. You will handle light maintenance work, assist with inspections, and use simple technology tools to help keep properties running smoothly.

Requirements

1–3+ years of maintenance, handyman, or similar experience
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and inspection tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and repair work
Strong attention to detail and organization
Professional and respectful when working with residents and team

Nice To Haves

Experience with photos or 3D tour tools is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform light maintenance tasks such as: Installing and replacing door hardware (locks, handles, closers), Installing signage and minor fixtures, Completing basic repairs in units and common areas
Conduct annual unit and building inspections
Document findings clearly and accurately
Capture photos and create 3D tours of units and spaces
Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
Support general property upkeep and preventative maintenance
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Communicate updates with property management and team members
Identify issues early and recommend solutions
On call for 1 week per month
