About The Position
An employee in this position shall have the responsibility for the maintenance and repair of building HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Employee will also repair and maintain, construct furniture, floor coverings, doors, windows and other tasks associated with the carpentry trade.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent.
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
- Graduation from high school or equivalent (for Trainee/Apprenticeship).
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis (for Trainee/Apprenticeship).
Nice To Haves
- Completion of high school and three years of progressive experience in the construction or repair of secondary electrical systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- North Carolina Electrical Contractor license.
