We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team! As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements.

Requirements

• A passion to help others
• Minimum of one year experience in maintenance work
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in maintenance work.
• Valid state driver\'s license is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction is preferred.
• Other licenses may be a requirement depending on city, county or state.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and general repair of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, appliances and vehicles.
• Assist with maintenance of grounds, including trimming shrubs, mowing lawns and snow removal to ensure grounds are free of hazards.
• Repair and maintain homes to keep them in good condition for licensure.
• Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing equipment, carpentry, painting, alarms, fire sprinkler systems and vehicles.
