About The Position
This entry-level position works under direct supervision and assists with a variety of Property Management activities. The mechanic performs maintenance and repair tasks as directed on building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. The role also assists with plant maintenance documentation, maintains tools and equipment, and performs cleanup and housekeeping activities. The employee is expected to observe and follow all safety rules and procedures. Correctly performed job tasks have minimal impact on organizational viability; errors are readily identified and can be corrected by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Possess a Helpers or apprenticeship license if required by local jurisdiction.
- Have 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Property Management activities.
