About The Position
Under direct supervision, this entry-level position assists with a variety of Property Management activities. The mechanic performs directed maintenance and repair tasks on building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems. The role also assists with plant maintenance documentation, maintains tools and equipment, and performs cleanup and housekeeping activities. The employee is expected to observe and follow all safety rules and procedures. Correctly performed job tasks have minimal impact on organizational viability, and errors are readily identified and corrected by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Possession of a Helpers or apprenticeship license, if required by local jurisdiction.
- 2 years of experience.
