This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance leader seeking a stable role where they can take ownership of an entire facility, leverage their ammonia refrigeration expertise, and play a critical role in the site's long-term success. This is an ideal role for a maintenance professional who enjoys autonomy, ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact. As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you will serve as the on-site maintenance leader for a small, close-knit operation of approximately 10 employees. Rather than being one member of a large maintenance team, you will have full responsibility for the facility's maintenance strategy, reliability, compliance programs, and equipment performance. In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with facility leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee all maintenance-related activities, including: Managing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability. Maintaining and troubleshooting a small ammonia refrigeration system. Supporting a fleet of material handling equipment (MHE) and general facility systems. Managing the CMMS (X5), maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation, and work orders. Leading Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental health and safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs. Partnering with site leadership on budgeting, energy management, and facility improvement projects. Identifying and driving capital improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
