About The Position

Performs a variety of general maintenance and janitorial duties, including maintaining Company buildings and grounds.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provides care for company grounds including such activities as maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and removing snow as needed.
• Ensuring property grounds are free of garbage and other debris.
• Maintains buildings as needed, including minor repairs, replacing lighting fixtures, cleaning windows, and painting when necessary.
• Performs minor plumbing repairs as needed.
• Performs janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Receives and carries out instructions.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned
