About The Position

This role involves performing various repairs throughout the community as needed. The technician will also be responsible for basic troubleshooting of equipment problems, reporting them to supervisors for repair. Additionally, the position requires greeting visitors, answering questions about facilities, and providing directions and assistance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of gate equipment and safety measures
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
