About The Position

Facility Housekeepers help keep U-Haul facilities clean and inviting. The work includes cleaning storage units and common areas, disposing of trash, and maintaining cleaning-supply inventory. The position involves moderate workplace risks and physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Protective clothing or gear may be required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship. U-Haul states that it will not hire or re-hire nicotine product users in the listed states, including North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
• Dispose of trash.
• Maintain and track cleaning-supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
