About The Position

Facility Housekeepers keep U-Haul facilities clean and inviting, supporting the company’s customer service. The work includes cleaning storage units and shared areas, disposing of trash, and monitoring cleaning supplies. The role involves moderate workplace risks that may require safety precautions and protective gear. It also involves physical activity, including prolonged standing, moving outdoors, reaching at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Requirements

• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other areas.
• Dispose of trash.
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory and request supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
