Facility & Grounds Maintenance Associate (Part-Time | Indoor & Outdoor)
About The Position
Earn consistent part-time income in a hands-on role where your work directly impacts both the appearance and operation of our dealership. This is a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities include maintaining dealership grounds (mowing, trimming, general upkeep), pressure washing sidewalks, service areas, and exterior surfaces, and keeping the property clean, safe, and professional-looking. Indoor responsibilities include performing minor building maintenance and repairs, assisting with basic painting and facility touch-ups, handling small fix-it tasks (fixtures, light repairs, upkeep), and supporting general facility needs as they arise.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to perform physical, active work (lifting, bending, walking)
Nice To Haves
- Basic maintenance, handyman, or landscaping experience preferred
