About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers, and they are currently hiring Facility Drivers for their inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. The role involves monitoring transportation schedules, safely transporting clients for admissions, discharges, and appointments, and collecting and delivering external appointment documentation and lab specimens. Drivers are expected to engage clients on a peer support level during transport and assist with luggage. Additionally, the position requires ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained, fully fueled, and ready for use at all times, and assisting with custodial and maintenance duties when not actively engaged in transport. The facility in Dublin, NH, is a residential center set on 11 acres of scenic New Hampshire countryside, offering a rustic and relaxed environment for client recovery, staffed by passionate and skilled clinicians and support personnel.

Requirements

Current and valid state-issued driver's license
Strong communication and time-management skills
Dignified, respectable character which reflects recovery principles
Extensive knowledge of all motor vehicle laws

Nice To Haves

High School diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred

Responsibilities
