About The Position

The Facility Customer Service Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
