Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and/or farming
Class G driver’s license
Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to work within environment subject to dust and allergens
Ability to work at heights
Flexible work schedule

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of hydraulic machinery & electrical considered an asset

Responsibilities

Carrying out the required duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operation of the facility.
Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments
Collecting, testing, and recording grain samples
Exercising competency in grading commodities
Operate machinery with confidence and precision
Perform basic mathematical calculations to accurately blend fertilizer
Regular facility maintenance & housekeeping
Commitment to maintaining a safe & compliant working environment
Performing exceptional customer service duties
Other duties as required
