About The Position

Parrish & Heimbecker (P&H) is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and dedicated individual to join their team as a Facility Assistant II in Glencoe, Ontario. P&H is a family-owned and managed agri-business with over 115 years of history, focused on growth, diversification, and vertical integration across grain merchandising, flour milling, crop input distribution, and animal feed production. Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and/or farming.
• Class G driver’s license.
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability to work within environment subject to dust and allergens.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out duties involved in the movement and sampling of grain.
• Overall execution of processes involved in the operation of the facility.
• Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments.
• Collecting, testing, and recording grain samples.
• Exercising competency in grading commodities.
• Operating machinery with confidence and precision.
• Regular facility maintenance & housekeeping.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe & compliant working environment.
• Performing exceptional customer service duties.
• Other duties as required.
