About The Position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. This role is for an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven leader who will directly impact patient care as a trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives, and lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team. Responsibilities include managing the complete operation and financial performance of the clinic, adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance. You will have autonomy in running your clinic, supported by your director, regional peers, and the broader company. Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
  • Collaboration is a must to be successful in this role
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance
  • Manage the facility with autonomy, with the support and guidance of your director, regional peers and the greater company
  • Reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors
  • Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards
  • Commit to improving patient health through clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives
