As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work-life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Health care experience is not required. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with patients, continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives, and lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team. Responsibilities include managing the complete operation and financial performance of the clinic, adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance. You will have autonomy in running your clinic, supported by your director, regional peers, and the broader company.
