About The Position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting, directly impacting patient care. This role is for an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven individual, and healthcare experience is not required. Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
  • Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Collaboration is a must to be successful in this role

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
  • Healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Build on relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal care for patients, teammates, and the community.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to achieve Regional goals and standards.
  • Work daily with clinical and financial teams to produce results aligned with business needs.
