NIVA Wound Care is seeking an energetic, field-based Facility Account Manager (FAM) to lead our engagement with Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities across a high-impact territory. Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in skilled nursing, assisted living operations, healthcare account management, or healthcare sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-facility portfolios and high-touch relationships
  • Experience collaborating with nursing leadership and care teams
  • Track record of achieving goals in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Talent for building trusted, influential relationships at all leadership levels
  • Sharp analytic skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Adaptability and self-motivation in field-based work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise platforms (CRM experience a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

  • Prior experience in wound care, home health, or mobile healthcare environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 25+ assigned Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits to support operational alignment, build relationships, and enhance patient flow
  • Attend facility meetings (Resident Council, QAPI, care coordination, leadership) to advocate for NIVA’s services
  • Monitor wound patient census and proactively address dips through staff education and workflow solutions
  • Present monthly reports on patient outcomes, utilization, and performance metrics to facility and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for account growth—expanding services within your territory
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues and ensure rapid, professional resolution
  • Support onboarding of new facilities and continuous in-service training for partner staff
