About The Position
The incumbent will be responsible for tasks related to the maintenance of University facilities. These tasks could include, but are not limited to, assisting with preventive maintenance in all buildings, cleaning equipment and facilities, stocking supplies, deliveries, emptying waste cans and recycling materials, mowing, and landscaping. Responsibilities may require the application of basic organizational or technical knowledge, operation of simple equipment or performing routine tasks.
Requirements
- Basic skills and tool knowledge
- Ability to operate machinery
- Ability to traverse campus
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work at heights above 50 feet
