Accountable for operation and maintenance on various facility systems including Compressed Air, process water, chemical system filters, fire suppression system checks, ventilation systems, overhead doors, facilities plumbing systems, and facilities electrical systems. This role requires maintaining utility systems, operating forklifts and lifts, managing log books, and assisting with the relocation and setup of new equipment. Responsibilities also include the installation of electrical, pneumatic, and water piping & wiring, as well as computer and phone cabling. The position involves teamwork, participation in company quality and environmental standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001), effective communication with internal and external resources, maintaining 5S standards for housekeeping, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Shift work and overtime are required.
